How to make a Collect Call
In some countries it's possible to have the reciever pay for the phone call by using 'Collect Call'. After a collect call the telephone operator will charge the phone call to the reciever instead of to the caller. When you make a collect call the operator will first ask the reciever if they want to accept your phone call. Once the phone call is accepted by the reciever and they declared to pay for the call the operator will put you through.
How to use the international country code
The international country code is used to dial into a specific country. If you want to make a phone call from outside a country to someone who is inside that country you have to dial the country code before the area code and the rest of the phone number.
